The American East Coast

From the 19th to the 25th of March I visited the three most popular cities of the East Coast: Boston, New York and Washington DC. I went there with an EF group of 40 students (mostly Asians haha but there have also been five Germans). I've shared a room with three Asians. A girl from Japan and two from Taiwan. One of them didn't talk at all but whatever. I spent most of my time with the Japanese girl called Nimani and the Taiwanese girl (who talked) Doreen. I won't post that much about this trip because I guess you know how those cities are like from all the movies: Loud, crazy and just exciting!
So first of all I thought I'd make you a few “What-is-the-best” lists.

Most exciting: New York

Most historical: Washington DC

Most traffic: New York

Best for living: Boston

Best for working: New York

Best attractions over all:

  • Times Square
  • Broadway Musical “How to succeed in business without really trying”
  • Harvard University
  • Empire State Building
  • Statue of Liberty
  • House of Congress, Washington

    My first chinese conversation:
Me: 你好 Him: 你好 Me: Him: Me: Him: Me: 你愛我 Him: Me:
*cracking up*
Translation:
... Me: Hello. Him: Hello. Me: Yes. Him: Yes? Me: No. Him: No? Me: You love me. Him: Yes. Me: No.
*cracking up*
Probably the best conversation ever :DD
